Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hrs shift
Salary $120,000 - $130,000 per year plus full benefits.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients referred by physicians.
- Treat a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and contribute to overall effectiveness.
- Collaborate with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care.
- Provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient’s home, using procedures and techniques to produce changes in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care.
- Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers.
- Meet minimum utilization goals and other business objectives.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
- State License in Physical Therapy.
- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in word processing and computer skills.
- Ability to establish strong relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals.
- Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
