Full-Time Physical Therapist Needed

Schedule: Monday to Friday - 40 hrs shift
Salary $120,000 - $130,000 per year plus full benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs for patients referred by physicians.
  • Treat a variety of specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and contribute to overall effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with a broader team to maximize patient outcomes using evidence-based care.
  • Provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient’s home, using procedures and techniques to produce changes in condition/function consistent with the physician’s plan of care.
  • Consult, educate, and train patients and their caregivers.
  • Meet minimum utilization goals and other business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program.
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in word processing and computer skills.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with patients to help them exceed their functional goals.
  • Demonstrate a desire to positively connect with people.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships throughout the community.
