Full-Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient practice located in Greenwich, CT.

We are an orthopedic outpatient private physical therapy practice, actively seeking committed full-time Physical Therapists who will be reliable partners, supporting patients on their path to regaining motion and reaching their peak functionality. Your role will involve enhancing the quality of life and movement potential through prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.

Join our team, which includes two physical therapists and one PTA, as we prioritize delivering exceptional care. Our PT-owned practice primarily serves patients with private medical insurance, and we take pride in our state-of-the-art 5000 square feet sports medicine facility.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.

Salary: $100,000- $120,000 a year plus full benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently identify and address patients' objectives and needs.
  • Manage a caseload of 1 individual per hour.
  • Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve range of motion and mobility.
  • Reduce reliance on medications and explore non-surgical options.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans utilizing various treatment techniques.
  • Design tailored fitness and wellness programs for individual patients.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence-based interventions.
  • Motivate patients to optimize their functioning throughout treatment.
  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.
  • Thoroughly document patient care services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
  • Valid license as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  • Maintains a clean professional record with no history of the board or disciplinary actions against the license.
  • Demonstrates strong expertise in manual therapy techniques.
  • Exhibits exceptional competence in creating and executing exercise protocols.
  • Proficient in using WebPT EMR Software.
