Weekly Scheduled Hours

40 hours

Variable weekends

Responsibilities:

  • The physical therapist is responsible for examining, evaluating, and developing a treatment plan for patients with functional limitations and disabilities
  • Provide consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient’s continuum of care
  • Required to appropriately interact with all patients regardless of age or culture and to adhere to our customer service standards
  • Provides evaluation, incorporating patient treatment: evaluates, and interprets findings; develops treatment and discharge plans; implements treatment, re-evaluates, educates patients and significant others; meets productivity
  • Evaluate results, treatment and discharge plans, and daily treatment according to all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and professional standards of documentation; submits charges for services provided
  • Maintains verbal, written, and electronic communication and collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and physician

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
  • State licensed as a Doctor of Physical Therapist (DPT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
  • Two (2) years of experience
  • Current CPR Certificate

Salary:

$100,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefits.
