We are looking for Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Unit. As the heartbeat of our practice, physical therapists make up the majority of clinicians. They impact lives by directly caring for various orthopedic populations. As Physical Therapist, you are part of a team who works together to maximize outcomes for patients through creative, hospitable, evidence-based care.

We are looking for Physical Therapist to join our Orthopedic Outpatient Unit. As the heartbeat of our practice, physical therapists make up the majority of clinicians. 8 AM to 5 PM
Responsibilities
- Consults with other healthcare professionals as indicated. Recognizes and documents changes in patient's condition requiring modification of the plan of care and/or the need for medical/rehabilitation consultation.
- Demonstrates proficiency in implementation of treatment protocols based upon evaluation findings, the patient's presentation, and the evolving health care environment
- Provides evaluation services including review of pertinent history information, the performance of specific assessments, and determination of recommendations and documentation of results.
- Completes appropriate discharge planning and follow-up care. Accurately and timely documents and charges for patient care activities in light of our evolving health care environment, painting a clear picture of the patient's course of care including focused initial evaluation/plan of care that establishes baseline and goals, legible daily encounter notes, interim progress summaries, and discharge evaluation.
- Complete and maintain all corporate & clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations.
- Evaluate, treat, and direct treatment for patients for whom physical therapy is medically necessary and document this need clearly.
- Maintain open and respectful communication with co-workers, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payors at all times.
- Attend and/or participate in facility meetings as directed by manager.
Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
- License required as deemed necessary in the State.
- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification required
Salary
- $100,000 - $120,000 a year plus benefits
