Full-Time Physical Therapist Position Available at Our Outpatient Clinic in Matawan, NJ

We are actively seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to enrich our outpatient clinic team. As a pivotal member, you will empower patients to regain motion, enhance performance, and elevate their quality of life through expert rehabilitation services.

Work Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Salary:

- Competitive annual compensation ranging between $100k and $120k, based on experience and expertise.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver tailored care to patients, aligning with their distinct goals and aspirations.
- Manage a balanced patient caseload, ensuring personalized attention and optimal outcomes.
- Showcase proficiency in orthopedic outpatient care, leveraging your rich experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Implement cost-efficient therapeutic interventions to enhance patients' mobility and function.
- Prioritize non-surgical solutions, reducing dependence on pharmacological interventions.
- Design holistic care plans encompassing a spectrum of therapeutic modalities.
- Customize fitness and wellness regimens to meet individual patient needs.

- Inspire and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.
- Advocate for holistic health, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Foster collaborative relationships with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Conduct ongoing evaluations, monitoring treatment outcomes and patient progress.
- Uphold meticulous documentation practices to ensure comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications:

- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
- Active Physical Therapist license in NJ, with a pristine record devoid of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
- Proficiency in various manual therapy techniques.
- Demonstrated expertise in devising and executing effective exercise regimens.
- Familiarity with EMR software, especially Web PT, for accurate and streamlined documentation.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge physical therapy methodologies and research-backed techniques.
