Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Full Time Virginia Licensed Physical Therapist to join a Sports Centered Orthopedic Outpatient office located in Winchester, VA.

As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients restore motion and function, maximize their quality of life, and improve their overall well-being. You will work in our orthopedic outpatient practice located in Winchester, VA.

You will provide 1 on 1 physical therapy for patients. You can expect to see 7-8 patients a day.

There are 3 other PTs on staff as well as a couple PTAs.

You will be working with athletes and former athletes. You will treat knee pain, lower back pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain etc.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and address patient's goals and needs

- Provide cost-effective treatments to improve clients' motion and mobility

- Develop personalized care plans using a variety of treatment techniques

- Create fitness and wellness programs tailored to patients' specific needs

- Motivate and encourage patients to optimize their function and quality of life

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals

-Use estim and hot packs for treatment modalities

-Use the treadmill, recombinant bike or eliptical trainer to get patients warmed up.

- Monitor patient progress and communicate updates

- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care services

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Physical Therapist

- Strong knowledge of orthopedic outpatient practices

- Current Physical Therapist license in Virginia

-Must have a DPT Degree

-Good with exercise design and manual therapy

- Excellent clinical and assessment skills

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Compassionate and patient-centered approach

- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize patient care

- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) software
