Full-Time Physical Therapists Needed at Body Orthopedic Pain Management, Inc.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
- Direct physical therapy treatments to prevent disability, alleviate pain, and enhance muscle function, aligning with the care/treatment plan.
- Supervise physical therapy assistants ensuring plan of care adherence.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations of clients’ functional abilities.
- Assess home environments for rehabilitation, suggesting modifications for client independence.
- Deliver home-based physical therapy services as prescribed.
- Administer therapeutic exercises, including manual and functional activities.
- Administer treatments like traction and massages.
- Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices, recommending modifications.
- Contribute to care plan development, reviews, and updates.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and submit them as required.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary team case conferences, treatment planning, and evaluations.
- Advise and consult with clients/families and agency personnel.
- Instruct clients/families on therapy device usage and care.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants as mandated by state law.
- Conduct functional assessments and community resource evaluations.
- Fulfill other duties aligned with company objectives.
**Qualifications:**
- Creative thinker with a penchant for thought leadership.
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in acute care/home care settings.
- Active PT licensure in the state(s) of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.
- Commitment to clinical excellence, integrity, and quality patient care.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with federal, state, and governing agency regulations.
- Ability to represent the organization effectively and advocate for various service lines.
Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually, coupled with comprehensive benefits.
