Schedule:
Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluation services, encompassing history review, specific assessments, and resultant documentation.
- Discuss evaluation findings and treatment strategies with patients and their families, ensuring collaboration in goal-setting.
- Execute treatment protocols based on evaluations, adapting to the patient's needs and the healthcare landscape.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed, documenting any changes in patient conditions and adjusting care plans accordingly.
- Manage timely discharge planning and follow-up care, maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records.
- Demonstrate effective time management, meeting productivity standards, and actively participating in marketing activities.
- Contribute to departmental goals, ensuring adherence to governmental and accreditation standards.
- Pursue continuing education opportunities, serving as a clinical instructor when needed, and fostering professional growth.
- Champion exceptional patient experiences, ensuring accessibility and addressing barriers as part of the team.

Qualifications:
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; accredited Physical Therapy school completion.
- State licensure appropriate for the location.
- Current American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
- Prior work experience is beneficial but not mandatory.

Salary:
$100,000 - $120,000 annually, accompanied by comprehensive benefits.
