Work Schedule:


- Monday to Friday


Key Responsibilities:


- Conduct thorough evaluations, incorporating patient history, assessments, and goal-setting.

- Implement treatment protocols based on evaluations and patient needs.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed, adjusting care plans based on patient progress.

- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities, from evaluations to discharge plans.

- Adhere to productivity expectations, maintain a punctual schedule, and actively participate in organizational and community initiatives.

- Engage in professional growth by pursuing continuing education and serving as a clinical instructor when required.

- Prioritize patient experience and care accessibility by addressing barriers and understanding site-specific data.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy school.

- State licensure relevant to the location.

- American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.

- While prior experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory.


Compensation:


- Annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, inclusive of comprehensive benefits
