Full-Time Physical Therapists Position at South Mountain Orthopedic Pain Management, Inc.

Schedule:


- Monday to Friday, 40-hour shifts


Responsibilities:


- Evaluate, devise, and execute treatment plans for patients referred by physicians.

- Address a diverse patient base, encompassing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.

- Uphold exemplary customer service standards, bolstering overall clinic efficiency.

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through evidence-based care.

- Deliver purpose-driven therapeutic interventions at patients' homes, aligning with prescribed care plans.

- Educate and guide patients and caregivers on therapeutic methodologies and best practices.

- Achieve set utilization targets and align with overarching business objectives.


Qualifications:


- Graduate from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.

- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy.

- Valid state license in Physical Therapy.

- Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.

- Proficient in written and verbal communication, as well as computer skills.

- Ability to cultivate meaningful patient relationships and exceed functional goals.

- Strong desire for community engagement and relationship-building.


Salary:


- Annual compensation ranging from $100,000 to $120,000, complemented by comprehensive benefits.
