Schedule:

- Monday to Friday


Responsibilities:


- Direct physical therapy treatments to enhance function, alleviate pain, and promote optimal performance, aligned with individual care plans.

- Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants to ensure the precise execution of care plans.

- Assess clients' functional levels through comprehensive tests involving muscles, nerves, and joints.

- Recommend home environment modifications to enhance client independence.

- Administer prescribed in-home physical therapy services, leveraging a range of techniques from manual exercises to physical agents' applications.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, providing valuable insights during case conferences and care plan evaluations.

- Maintain meticulous clinical records, including initial evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

- Offer guidance and training to clients and their families regarding physical therapy devices and overall care plans.

- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and governing agency regulations.

- Perform other tasks as required, driving COMPANY NAME's mission and objectives.


Qualifications:


- Innovative thinker with strong leadership capabilities.

- Doctorate degree in Physical therapist

- Minimum of one year experience as a physical therapist in acute care/home care settings, or as mandated by state regulations.

- Valid PT licensure in the practicing state, coupled with CPR certification.

- Possess a valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, quality, and integrity.

- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and patient engagement abilities.

- Proficient understanding of federal, state, and governing agency regulations.

- Strong public-facing skills, representing COMPANY NAME with distinction.


Salary:
