Weekly Scheduled Hours:

  • 40 hours with variable weekends

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and formulate treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers on patient care continuity.
  • Uphold customer service standards, ensuring respectful interactions with patients of all ages and cultures.
  • Maintain documentation accuracy, including treatment plans, evaluations, and charges, adhering to professional standards and regulations.
  • Facilitate effective communication with interdisciplinary teams, referral sources, and physicians.
  • Engage in leadership activities such as community outreach, quality improvement, marketing, and program development.
  • Attend staff meetings, pursue ongoing education, and maintain licensure compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in word processing and computer operations.
  • State License in Physical Therapy.
  • BLS certification.

Salary:
