At Postural Therapeutic Outreach Clinic, our state-of-the-art sports medicine facility is staffed by a team of knowledgeable professionals dedicated to providing outstanding physical therapy and rehabilitation services outside of a hospital setting.

Position Details:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm
  • Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year, dependent on experience
  • Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic physical therapy

Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist at Postural Therapeutic Outreach Clinic, you will:

  • Provide personalized care tailored to each patient's unique goals and needs.
  • Maintain a manageable patient load, ensuring ample time and attention for each individual.
  • Demonstrate expertise in orthopedic outpatient care, drawing from previous experience.
  • Utilize cost-effective treatments to enhance clients' motion and mobility.
  • Advocate for non-surgical alternatives to minimize reliance on medications.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans, incorporating various treatment techniques.
  • Tailor fitness and wellness programs to meet patients' specific requirements.
  • Offer evidence-based interventions for personalized and effective care.
  • Motivate and encourage patients throughout their treatment journey.
  • Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with other healthcare professionals.
  • Continuously evaluate treatment effects and monitor patients' progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of provided services for comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Completed a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
  • Possesses an active Physical Therapist license in the state.
  • Maintains an impeccable license with no history of sanctions or board proceedings.
  • Exhibits exceptional mastery of various manual therapy modalities.
  • Demonstrates an extraordinary talent for creating and implementing successful exercise programs.
  • Proficient in using EMR software, especially Web PT, for precise documentation.
  • Extremely knowledgeable and up-to-date with physical therapy techniques supported by research.
