Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Tri Flexsi Chronic Pain Management Clinic, your key responsibilities include:

  • Examining, evaluating, and developing treatment plans for patients with functional limitations and disabilities.
  • Providing consultation to healthcare providers regarding a patient's continuum of care.
  • Appropriately interacting with all patients, regardless of age or culture, adhering to our customer service standards.
  • Conducting evaluations, interpreting findings, developing treatment and discharge plans, implementing treatment, re-evaluating, educating patients and significant others, and meeting productivity standards.
  • Maintaining verbal, written, and electronic communication and collaborating with the interdisciplinary treatment team, referral sources, and physicians.
  • Participating in leadership functions such as community outreach, CQI, marketing, cost containment, program development, PTA/AT/aide/student supervision, teaching staff, physicians, and others.
  • Attending staff meetings, improving competence through self-study, attending in-services, and continuing education programs.

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must:

  • Hold a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in word processing and computer skills.
  • Hold a State License in Physical Therapy.
  • Maintain BLS certification.

Salary

$100,000 - $120,000 per year, plus full benefits.
