About Us:

Evolution Orthopedic Bracing Clinic is a leading orthopedic outpatient private physical therapy practice, dedicated to helping patients regain motion and achieve peak functionality. We are actively seeking committed full-time Physical Therapists to join our team of professionals. As a PT-owned practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care in our state-of-the-art 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility. Be part of our dynamic team, consisting of two physical therapists and one PTA, as we continue to prioritize patient care and excellence.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday.
• Shift options: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm or 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Compensation:

• Competitive annual salary: $90,000 to $110,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and address patients' objectives and needs efficiently.
• Manage a caseload with a focus on individualized attention, treating one patient per hour.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to enhance range of motion, mobility, and overall function.
• Develop tailored care plans, including manual therapy techniques and exercise protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment outcomes, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Advocate for non-surgical treatment options, reducing reliance on medications.
• Motivate and empower patients to achieve optimal functioning and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Valid license in the state as a Physical Therapist, with a clean professional record.
• Proven experience in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Expertise in manual therapy techniques and exercise protocol development.
• Proficiency in using WebPT EMR Software.
