As a practice led by PT professionals, we take pride in delivering unparalleled care within our cutting-edge 5,000-square-foot sports medicine facility. Join us alongside our dynamic team of two seasoned physical therapists and a proficient PTA, as we uphold our unwavering commitment to patient-centric care and excellence.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time role: Monday to Friday.
  • Shift possibilities: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Compensation:

  • Competitive Annual Remuneration: $90,000 - $110,000, inclusive of comprehensive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments to discern objectives and requirements adeptly.
  • Prioritize individualized patient care, ensuring focused treatment with one patient hourly.
  • Employ evidence-backed techniques to optimize mobility, range of motion, and overall functional capacities.
  • Design bespoke treatment plans encompassing manual therapy methodologies and targeted exercise regimens.
  • Foster collaboration with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams to guarantee holistic patient care delivery.
  • Regularly evaluate treatment progress, assess outcomes, and maintain meticulous documentation.
  • Champion non-invasive treatment alternatives, emphasizing reduced medication dependency.
  • Motivate patients towards achieving enhanced functionality and holistic well-being.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
  • Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist, accompanied by a pristine professional track record.
  • Demonstrated proficiency within orthopedic outpatient environments.
  • Specialized skills in manual therapy and adeptness in crafting exercise protocols.
  • Familiarity with WebPT EMR Software.
