Schedule:

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, with options between 7 am - 3:30 pm or 8 am - 4 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, design, and execute tailored treatment plans for patients referred by physicians.
• Engage with diverse specialties, encompassing orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine patients.
• Uphold exceptional customer service standards, enhancing overall clinic effectiveness.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes via evidence-based care.
• Deliver specialized therapeutic interventions either in-clinic or at patients' homes, aligning with physicians' care plans.
• Educate, guide, and support patients and caregivers throughout their rehabilitation journey.
• Achieve set utilization goals and contribute to overarching business objectives.

Qualifications:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Active State License in Physical Therapy.
• Minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the field.
• Basic Life Support Certification (American Heart Association).
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills, along with basic computer competencies.
• Adept at establishing and nurturing patient relationships, driving functional goal attainment.
• Proven community engagement and relationship-building capabilities.

Compensation:

• Annual Salary: $90,000 - $110,000, coupled with a comprehensive benefits package.
