As a Physical Therapist, you will join our Orthopedics team, providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a modern and exceptional healthcare environment. Schedule:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 2 PM - 8 PM

Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist, you will:

  • Manage therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients in coordination with the physician and patient care team.
  • Complete patient assessments and implement individualized care plans focused on goal achievement, patient engagement, and positive patient experience.
  • Provide or direct the majority of the patient’s physical therapy throughout the continuum of care.
  • Conduct evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice, adhering to the law and professional code of ethics.
  • Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status, participating in the development of the total plan of care.
  • Provide purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient’s home, as needed.
  • Instruct patients/family/caregivers in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices.
  • Prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments/hand-offs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapy.
  • DPT Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
  • No experience required.

Salary:

  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 per year plus full benefits.
