Full-Time Physical Therapists Wanted at Proactive Sculpt Orthopedic Clinic.

Proactive Sculpt Orthopedic Clinic is dedicated to helping individuals reach their full potential and enhance their quality of life. Our mission is to deliver comprehensive, compassionate, and convenient board-certified Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy, and psychological services to individuals of all ages and diagnoses.

With a multidisciplinary approach, we offer effective personalized multilingual interventions that positively impact the lives of the individuals and families we serve.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8 AM - 3 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Physical Therapy evaluations for children
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans for clients
  • Regularly reassess clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, progression towards goals, and the need for modification of treatment and goals
  • Complete all necessary documentation, including SOAP notes, progress summaries, and care plans, using the Company's electronic record system within the expected time-frame
  • Educate patients and their families about the recovery process and the challenges they may face
  • Meet minimum utilization goals/other business objectives as required
  • Collaborate with peers in other disciplines within Ensemble Therapy for clients who receive multiple services
  • Champion the Company's culture and embody the Company's core values while serving as an ambassador for Ensemble Therapy

Qualifications:

  • Must possess a DPT degree from an accredited physical therapy program
  • Current and unrestricted licensure (by the Board of Physical Therapy) to work in the state
  • Willingness to complete Physical Therapy evaluations and treatments both in-person and via telehealth (if clinically appropriate)
  • Strong desire to work with a diverse range of patients (age, race, ethnicity, etc.)
  • Highly flexible and agile, given the dynamic nature of our current environment
  • Highly collaborative, team-oriented, and customer service-driven

Salary:

$80,000 - $100,000 per year plus full benefits.
