Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 2 PM - 8 PM

Responsibilities: As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Copperfield Orthopedic Rehab Clinic, you will:

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care, managing the entire process of therapeutic care for an assigned group of patients in collaboration with the physician and the patient care team.
  • Complete patient assessments and actively participate in developing and implementing individualized care plans, focusing on goal achievement, patient engagement, and a positive patient experience.
  • Deliver or oversee a majority of the patient's physical therapy throughout the continuum of care.
  • Provide evaluations and treatment interventions within the scope of practice established by law and professional code of ethics.
  • Assess and evaluate therapeutic/rehabilitative/functional status and contribute to the development of the total plan of care.
  • Offer purposeful and skilled therapeutic care at the patient's home, utilizing procedures and techniques to produce a change in condition/function consistent with the physician's plan of care.
  • Instruct patients/families/caregivers in the use of therapies, exercises, therapeutic appliances, and/or prosthetic devices to be used outside of therapy sessions.
  • Prioritize caseload, determine daily staffing needs, and coordinate assignments/hand-offs.

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapy
  • DPT Degree in Physical Therapy
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification, or the ability to obtain within 30 days of employment start date
  • No experience required

Salary:

  • $100,000 - $120,000 per year plus full benefits
