Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations, integrating patient history, assessments, and goal-setting.
  • Implement treatment protocols based on evaluations and patient needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals as needed, adjusting care plans based on patient progress.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care activities, from evaluations to discharge plans.
  • Adhere to productivity expectations, maintain a punctual schedule, and actively participate in organizational and community initiatives.
  • Engage in professional growth through continuing education and serving as a clinical instructor when required.
  • Prioritize patient experience and care accessibility by addressing barriers and understanding site-specific data.

Qualifications:

  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy school.
  • State licensure relevant to the location.
  • American Heart Association's BLS for Healthcare Providers CPR certification.
  • While prior experience is beneficial, it's not mandatory.

Compensation:

  • Annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, inclusive of comprehensive benefits.
