Join our dedicated team as a full-time physical therapist, focused on empowering patients to regain mobility and optimize functionality. Your role involves maximizing quality of life and mobility potential through promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Working alongside one PTA and two physical therapists, you'll contribute to our commitment to delivering exceptional care. Our state-of-the-art 5000 square foot sports medicine facility, coupled with a predominantly private health insurance-based patient population, makes this a thrilling opportunity for professional growth and impact.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year plus full benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer direct patient care as per the prescription of the referring physician or authorized practitioner.
  • Utilize efficient and thorough evaluation techniques.
  • Design treatment programs to achieve established goals.
  • Make accurate observations of patient tolerance and modify treatment programs as needed.
  • Respond appropriately to emergency procedures for patient safety.
  • Submit required documentation following department policies.
  • Participate in quality improvement chart reviews and activities.
  • Attend family meetings/conferences and collaborate with the interdisciplinary staff.
  • Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Hold a DPT Degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state.
  • No board actions or disciplinary actions against the license.
  • Possess strong manual therapy skills.
  • Proficient in developing effective exercise routines.
  • Familiar with EMR Software such as WebPT and able to use it efficiently.
