Full-Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient Practice.
We are in need of a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist who will serve as an invaluable asset, supporting patients throughout their endeavor to regain motion and optimize personal functionality. Your role will involve maximizing the quality of life and movement potential in various areas such as promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: $100k to $125k a year plus benefits
Key Responsibilities:
- Recognize and fulfill the goals and needs of patients effectively.
- Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
- Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient care.
- Offer cost-effective treatments aimed at improving clients' motion and mobility.
- Minimize reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives.
- Develop care plans utilizing a variety of treatment techniques.
- Customize fitness and wellness programs to cater to patients' specific requirements.
- Provide quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
- Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
- Promote a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Collaborate and work with other healthcare professionals.
- Evaluate treatment effects, monitor progress, and maintain open communication.
- Document the services provided for patient care.
Qualifications:
- Obtained a DPT Degree in Physical Therapy
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist in California, CAA
- No board actions or disciplinary actions have been taken against the license
- Possesses strong manual therapy skills.
- Proficient in developing effective exercise routines.
- Familiar with EMR Software such as WebPT and able to utilize it efficiently.
