Physical Therapist Needed!

An orthopedic outpatient facility is in need of a full-time physical therapist.
We are currently looking for a committed, full-time physical therapist to work alongside patients as a trusted companion to help them regain their maximum range of motion. Your responsibilities will include providing the best possible quality of life and range of motion in a number of contexts, such as intervention, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and rehabilitation. Come work with our team, which consists of one PTA and two physical therapists, as we put patient care first.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
  • Manage a patient caseload of 1 individual per hour.
  • Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
  • Design tailored fitness and wellness programs to meet the specific needs of each patient.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
  • Motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functioning.
  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.
  • Thoroughly document patient care services provided.

Qualifications:

  • Earned a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Holds a valid state license as a Physical Therapist
  • Maintains an untarnished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions taken against the license.
  • Possesses strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Exhibits exceptional competence in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
  • Proficient in utilizing EMR Software, particularly WebPT.
