Full Time Physical Therapist Wanted for an Orthopedic Outpatient practice located in Woodbridge, New Jersey.

We are seeking a dedicated full-time Physical Therapist who will serve as a trusted ally in the journey of restoring mobility and helping patients achieve their optimal performance. Your role will encompass enhancing the quality of life and movement capabilities across various areas, including promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation. Join our team of two physical therapists and one PTA as we strive to deliver exceptional care and prioritize the well-being of our patients. We primarily cater to individuals with private medical insurance and operate from a cutting-edge sports medicine facility spanning 5000 square feet.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Salary: $100K-$120K a year with full benefits.

This is an orthopedic outpatient private physical therapy practice located in New Jersey.

Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients.
  • Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
  • Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives.
  • Formulate comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functionality.
  • Foster a healthy lifestyle for clients by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication.
  • Accurately document the services provided to patients.

Requirements:

  • Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • License as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
  • No record of board or disciplinary actions on license.
  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing exercise programs.
  • Proficient in utilizing EMR Software like WebPT.
