Orthopedic Physical Therapist Needed!

We are looking for a committed, full-time physical therapist who will work with patients to regain their mobility and reach their peak performance. Enhancing mobility capacities and quality of life in a variety of contexts—promotion, prevention, diagnosis, treatment, intervention, and rehabilitation—will be the focus of your work. As a full-time physical therapist, you will work with us to provide outstanding care and put our patients' needs first.

Job Type: Full-time

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm.

Location: Florida
Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 a year with full benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Recognize and fulfill the objectives and requirements of patients.
  • Maintain a patient load of 1 individual per hour.
  • Possess prior experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Administer cost-effective therapies that enhance clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Minimize the reliance on medication and propose non-surgical alternatives.
  • Formulate comprehensive treatment plans utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.
  • Design customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to each patient's specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on solid evidence and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients throughout treatment to optimize their functionality.
  • Foster a healthy lifestyle for clients by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals.
  • Evaluate outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain effective communication.
  • Accurately document the services provided to patients.

Requirements:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT)
  • License as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida
  • No record of board or disciplinary actions on license.
  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques.
  • Proficient in designing and implementing exercise programs.
  • Proficient in utilizing EMR Software like WebPT.

Salary

$80,000 - $95,000 a year depending on experience plus full benefits. W2
