Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.

Schedule: Full time
Responsibilities:
- Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions, prevent injuries, and promote healthy lifestyles
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care
- Stay up-to-date with advances in physical therapy research, techniques, and equipment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and patient-centered
- Utilize various treatment modalities, such as exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to achieve optimal outcomes
- Monitor and document patients' progress toward achieving their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Post Graduate Education in manual therapy, corrective and restorative exercise, functional movement training, dry needling, etc. preferred
