Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.

Looking for a dedicated full-time assistant to work alongside a physical therapist in our expanding team. You promise to produce top-notch work, and we promise to work with you to achieve success and progress in tandem.

Schedule: Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic care
  • Stay up-to-date with advances in physical therapy research, techniques, and equipment
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assist with maintaining compliance with regulatory standards
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical abilities, medical histories, and functional limitations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and patient-centered
  • Utilize various treatment modalities, such as exercise, manual therapy, and assistive devices, to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Monitor and document patients' progress toward achieving their goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
  • Educate patients and their families on how to manage their conditions, prevent injuries, and promote healthy lifestyles

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist
  • Post Graduate Education in manual therapy, corrective and restorative exercise, functional movement training, dry needling, etc. preferred
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
