Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.

We are in search of therapy staff members that share our commitment to patient pleasure and care. Our goal is to give each client as much specialized and expert physical therapy care as we can.

Schedule: Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively collaborates with medical professionals and other members of interdisciplinary team re: patient history and needs.
  • Exhibits accurate knowledge of medically complex diagnoses, laboratory and radiology results, and contraindications/precautions.
  • Demonstrates innovation, skill and efficiency in developing and implementing patient treatment programs for a varied caseload including: orthopedic, neurological, pediatric and other patient populations.
  • Manages clinical outcomes and addresses outlier cases with staff therapists
  • Ensures clinical workflows to optimize patient capture, processing of referrals and scheduling
  • Executes therapy plan for each patient with a focus on early intervention and same day evaluation
  • Exhibits clinical accuracy in performing patient evaluations (re-evaluations) and interprets results within scope of licensure.
  • Accurately performs appropriate chart review and data collection.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
  • Outstanding customer service skills as well as the ability to deal with people in a manner which shows tact and professionalism
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • FL license
  • AHA BLS
