Looking For a Physical Therapist in Florida!

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing purposeful practice of activities or interventions to achieve functional outcomes, maximizing the independence and maintenance of health of any individual who is limited by a physical injury or illness, a cognitive impairment, a psychosocial dysfunction, a mental illness, a developmental or a learning disability, or an adverse environmental condition. The Physical Therapist also assumes the responsibility for assessing the patient, identifying the level of acuity of illness, planning the patient's treatment program, and implementing and directing the program.

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

  • Devise detailed treatment and care plans for each of the patients.
  • Exercise independent judgment based on experience to implement effective treatment
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Maintains active and supportive communication with patients and others concerned regarding progress, problems, home programs, and other issues related to the therapeutic process.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
  • Minimum of (3) years of experience in physical therapy or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
