Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.

As a physical therapist, you will be vital in assisting patients in regaining their mobility and enhancing their quality of life. Your ability to provide patients with appropriate care will depend on your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.

Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible

Responsibilities:

• Maintains confidentiality of all patient, facility, and physician-related information
• Maintains accurate billing information, in accordance with procedures, on a daily basis
• Attends and participates in interdisciplinary meetings, as appropriate, to relay clinical findings and recommendations to other members of the rehab team
• Reviews medical information and conducts screenings prior to evaluations to determine patient need for services and ability to benefit from skilled services
• Performs patient’s evaluations under physician order and develops a treatment plan in accordance with patient’s needs
• Implements treatment plan through direct treatment, education of treatment staff, and supervision of physical therapy staff

Qualifications:

• Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Passion for improving patient outcomes and quality of life

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary range of $90,000 to $120,000per year, based on caseload.
