Job Description
Full-time Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) needed.
Patients with physical limitations, disabilities, or discomfort must be evaluated and treated by a physical therapist. Strong knowledge of human anatomy and the capacity to create and carry out efficient treatment regimens are prerequisites for this role.
Job Schedule : Full-time , Flexible
Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals
- Implement evidence-based interventions and modalities to maximize patients' functional outcomes
- Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on home exercises and self-management techniques
- to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing
Qualifications:
- Active Florida State licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy theory, procedures, practices and equipment.
- Good communication skills. Proactive, positive approach to problem solving.
Pay and Benefits:
- Salary range of $90,000 to $120,000per year, based on caseload.
