Job Position: Full-Time

Location: Florida

Salary: $90,000 to $120,000

Job Description:
As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to help them regain function and manage pain through various therapeutic exercises and techniques. Your expertise will contribute to improving the quality of life for individuals recovering from injuries or dealing with chronic conditions. The expectation is that our therapists get results quickly and efficiently.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' medical histories and physical conditions
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
  • Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility, strength, and range of motion
  • Utilize manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy and dry needling to alleviate pain and promote healing
  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics and exercises for at-home care
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:

  • Previous experience working in a orthopedic outpatient setting
  • Proficient in providing patient care across various age groups.
  • 2 years+ of experience preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Must be a licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Florida.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Empathy and compassion for patients' physical and emotional well-being. Always put the patient first.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address individual patient needs
  • Strong manual hands-on skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
