Full Job Description

Riverwalk Physical Therapy, an independently owned practice, unaffiliated with any corporations, chiropractors or physicians. We are looking to hire for a Full-Time. Our clinic is primarily hands-on, specializing in manual therapy, seeing no more than 2 people per hour. Candidates need to use manual therapy techniques and be passionate about helping others.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
  • Provide hands-on therapy techniques, to alleviate pain and improve mobility
  • Monitor and document patients' progress throughout the course of treatment
  • Record and document patient care services in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with other team members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Conduct peer to peer conversations with insurance companies when necessary

Qualifications:

  • Valid NJ PT license
  • Previous experience in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or other related field. (2 years experience)
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and collaborate with other healthcare providers
  • Strong problem-solving skills to develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to provide quality care
