Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, excellent clinical skills, and a passion for helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.

Responsibilities:

• Stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices and integrate new techniques into patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Current Physical Therapist license in New Jersey.
• Minimum of (3) years of experience in physical therapy or related fields.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
