Outpatient Physical Therapist | Orthopedic

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 100,000 to $120,000

As a Full-Time Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our patients’ rehabilitation journeys. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the health and well-being of individuals within our community. As a outpatient Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to provide personalized rehabilitation treatment plans focusing on improving mobility and strength, reducing pain, improving balance and flexibility, and restoring and optimizing function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, tailoring personalized treatment plans.
  • Administer hands-on manual therapy and therapeutic exercises to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in sports medicine and orthopedic physical therapy.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California state license in Physical Therapy.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in this field.
  • CPR certification.
  • Preference for board certification Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
