Outpatient Orthopedic | Physical Therapist
Location: California State
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 yearly
The Physical Therapist evaluate and treats patients in accordance with the prescription of the physician. Assists in the continuous quality improvement process and in the education and training of students and assists in divisional growth and cohesiveness to ensure a high quality of therapy care. Provides care while maintaining safety of the environment, applying appropriate communication with sensitivity and attention to special populations, including patients with diverse cultural backgrounds, age, developmental issues and physical disabilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of high quality patient care services.
- Perform direct patient care, including evaluation of muscle, skeletal, neurological and other physical problems.
- Support and encourage multidisciplinary coordination of treatment.
- Ensure proper documentation of patient care.
- Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/ procedures as well as applicable regulations and corporate policies.
- Implement effective communication with own and other departments' staff, with medical staff and patients to ensure coordinated efforts and provision of high quality service and optimal patient care.
- Demonstrate effective problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.

Education:
- Master’s Degree (Required)
- Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience
License/Certification:
- Active/Current California Physical Therapy License (Required)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
