What We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will specialize in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of orthopedic conditions and injuries. This role involves developing personalized treatment plans to help patients recover from orthopedic surgeries, injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions.

Schedule: Monday – Friday (9AM – 5PM)

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct thorough evaluations of orthopedic patients to assess physical conditions, movement patterns, and functional limitations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on orthopedic rehabilitation and recovery.
  • Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other orthopedic interventions to improve strength, flexibility, and mobility.
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and effective patient care.
  • Stay current with advancements in orthopedic physical therapy and best practices through continuing education and professional development.

What We Need:

  • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona.
  • At least 2 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy or a related clinical setting required.
  • Strong clinical skills and expertise in orthopedic assessment and treatment techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient interaction and teamwork.
  • Ability to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
