Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapists Needed!

Salary: 110,000 to $130,000 yearly

Job description:

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, fits, and adjusts prosthetic and orthotic devices and recommends any modifications to the physician
• Participates in the development, review, and updating of the care plan
• Observes, records, and reports any changes in the client’s condition and response to therapy and makes suggestions for changes in the plan of care to the client’s physician and Case Manager
• Prepares clinical records (initial evaluations – including OASIS, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries) and submits them for the client’s clinical record
• Participates as a member of the interdisciplinary team in case conferences and in planning and evaluating the total treatment for the client and confers with interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Advises and consults with the client/family and other agency personnel

Qualifications

• Master’s degree of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• State licensed as a DPT by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• Two (2) years of experience
• Current CPR Certificate
