Full-Time Physical Therapist | Orthopedic

Role Description:

Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each patient's unique physical condition and needs. Based on these evaluations, you will design and implement targeted interventions and therapies. Your approach will involve a combination of exercises, manual techniques, and patient education to support recovery and improve quality of life.

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000

Schedule: (MONDAY – FRIDAY) (9:00AM – 5:00PM)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed and customized treatment and care plans for each patient.
  • Apply independent judgment and experience to deliver effective treatments.
  • Provide hands-on therapy, including manual techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities.
  • Maintain active and supportive communication with patients and relevant stakeholders regarding progress, challenges, home programs, and other therapeutic issues.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy.
  • Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in physical therapy or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
