Job Description:

Knowledgeable of and adheres to established rules and procedures. Provides medical care in accordance with a doctor's orders. Minimizes or ameliorates the patient's residual physical limitations. Keeps the patient within reasonable bounds and returns the individual to their most productive and best state.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services to patients of all ages, focusing on assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and medical history.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative techniques to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and self-care strategies.

Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.
  • Specialization or experience in orthopedic physical therapy preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
