Salary Offer: $110,000 to $130,000

Position Summary:

We are seeking a collaborative individual with a strong work ethic for Orthopedic physical therapist position. This individual should strive for clinical excellence and patient-centered compassionate care. The candidate will acquire advanced evidence-based clinical knowledge and skills while working with clinicians, health care practitioners.

Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Examine and evaluate physical therapy clinical care to patients with a broad range of orthopedic diagnoses.
  • Documents progress reports, including but not limited to, objective measures, revised goals, treatment plans, and discharge disposition.
  • Evaluates and recommends appropriate medical equipment for patients.
  • Provides patient education for individuals/groups.
  • Formulate physical therapy diagnosis while being able to develop, direct and implement a treatment plan with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctor’s Degree in Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
  • Active state physical therapy license.
  • 3-4 years of experience working as a physical therapist in an orthopedic setting, with a focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
  • Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating orthopedic conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
