Work Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate physical therapy clinical care to patients with a broad range of orthopedic diagnoses.
- Documents progress reports, including but not limited to, objective measures, revised goals, treatment plans, and discharge disposition.
- Evaluates and recommends appropriate medical equipment for patients.
- Provides patient education for individuals/groups.
- Formulate physical therapy diagnosis while being able to develop, direct and implement a treatment plan with treatment goals directed towards maximizing function.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctor’s Degree in Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program.
- Active state physical therapy license.
- 3-4 years of experience working as a physical therapist in an orthopedic setting, with a focus on treating musculoskeletal conditions and injuries.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
- Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating orthopedic conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and disorders.
