Outpatient Physical Therapist | Orthopedic

Position Summary:

We are looking for full-time Physical Therapists to join our dedicated team. We seek a PT who is a self-motivated healthcare professional with a passion for thinking out of the box, developing patient center clinical programming, and providing outstanding care to meet the diverse needs of our patients.

Job Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per with full benefits

Your Duties Include:

  • Assess and address patients’ goals and needs through personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide cost-effective therapies to improve motion and mobility, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
  • Develop and implement care plans using a range of treatment techniques and evidence-based practices.
  • Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care that incorporates proven interventions.
  • Encourage healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active State licensed as a Physical Therapist
  • Two (2) years of experience
  • Ability to work effectively with patients from diverse backgrounds and personalities.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current treatment practices and techniques.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
