Outpatient Physical Therapist | Orthopedic

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to help patients restore their movement and improve their quality of life. In this role, you will work directly with individuals to assess their physical conditions, develop personalized treatment plans, and guide them through exercises and rehabilitation techniques. Your focus will be on enhancing mobility, alleviating pain, and supporting patients in achieving their health goals through practical, hands-on therapy. Your work will make a tangible difference in patients' recovery journeys and overall well-being.

Job Schedule: MONDAY - FRIDAY (9:00AM-5:00PM)

Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per with full benefits

Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assess and address patients’ goals and needs through personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide cost-effective therapies to improve motion and mobility, aiming to reduce reliance on medications and avoid unnecessary surgeries.
  • Develop and implement care plans using a range of treatment techniques and evidence-based practices.
  • Design fitness and wellness programs tailored to individual patient requirements.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care that incorporates proven interventions.
  • Encourage healthy lifestyles by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Possess a Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
  • Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and practice requirements.
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in physical therapy, demonstrating a proven track record in managing and treating musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
  • Strong knowledge of orthopedic conditions and treatments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
