Our team is looking for Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapists, where you can enhance your career and make a significant impact on patient recovery. Salary:
  • $90,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefit
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnosis.
  • Utilize therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain.
  • Educate patients and their families about exercise programs, wellness strategies, and postoperative care.
  • Document patient progress consistently and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a coordinated care approach.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, ethical practice environment.
Qualifications:
  • Master’s Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
  • Active state Physical Therapist license
  • 3 years of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Experience
  • Proficiency in designing and adjusting rehabilitation plans tailored to orthopedic conditions.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with patients and team members.
