Salary:
- $90,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefit
- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and diagnosis.
- Utilize therapeutic techniques and exercises to improve patient mobility and alleviate pain.
- Educate patients and their families about exercise programs, wellness strategies, and postoperative care.
- Document patient progress consistently and adjust treatment plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Collaborate with physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate a coordinated care approach.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain a safe, ethical practice environment.
- Master’s Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Active state Physical Therapist license
- 3 years of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Experience
- Proficiency in designing and adjusting rehabilitation plans tailored to orthopedic conditions.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with patients and team members.
