Looking for a Physical Therapist (Orthopedic)

A physical therapist with full-time hours is needed for an orthopedic outpatient center. In order to help patients restore their complete range of motion, we are now searching for a dedicated, full-time physical therapist to work with them as a valued companion. Providing the highest quality of life and range of mobility in various circumstances, including intervention, treatment, diagnosis, prevention, and rehabilitation, will be one of your duties. Join our team, as we prioritize patient care.

Job Type: Full-time, Outpatient (Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm)

Salary: $110,000 to $130,000 per year plus bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and address patients' goals and requirements effectively.
  • Possess relevant experience as a Physical Therapist in orthopedic outpatient settings.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments that contribute to improving clients' range of motion and mobility.
  • Reduce reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical procedures.
  • Develop comprehensive care plans incorporating various treatment techniques.
  • Deliver high-quality, personalized care based on evidence and proven interventions.
  • Encourage a healthy lifestyle by enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
  • Collaborate and consult with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care.
  • Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT)
  • Active state license as a Physical Therapist
  • At least 2 years of experience
  • Maintains an untarnished professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions taken against the license.
  • Possesses strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
  • Exhibits exceptional competence in developing and implementing exercise protocols.
