Salary:
- $90,000 - $120,000 a year plus full benefit
- Evaluates a patient's need for ortho physical therapy and develops an appropriate treatment plan.
- Provide appropriate care and treatment to patients based on physician care plan, agency policy and professional standards of care.
- Provides high quality patient treatment including evaluation, treatment planning and implementation, patient/family education and instruction, provision of safety procedures, and communication
- Focuses on the prevention and treatment of functional disorders
- Advising the patient and family about in-home treatment options and exercises
- Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient
- Master’s Degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
- Valid state Physical Therapy license in the state
- Minimum 3 years of experience in outpatient setting
- Mandatory Certifications: First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
- Background and proficiency in treating health conditions,
