About the Role:

We are seeking dedicated Physical Therapists to join our dynamic team. If you are an experienced professional with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care, this is the opportunity for you. Our therapists specialize in their areas of expertise, ensuring personalized attention for every patient. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a crucial role in our patient-centered approach to rehabilitation. You will develop individualized treatment plans, implement manual techniques, and guide therapeutic exercises to help patients achieve their wellness goals.

Work schedule: Monday to Friday: (9am – 5pm)

Salary: $100k to $120k a year plus bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care and optimal outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, home exercise programs, and injury prevention strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment interventions in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) or Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient or orthopedic settings
• BLS/CPR for the healthcare professional
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
